Tuesday, August 10, 6:15-9:15 pm

Introducing the Church - Interested in knowing more about Southpoint, or becoming a member, or are you a new member? Take this introduction to our mission, beliefs, and structure. Led by Brett Kays. 3 hours.

Saturday, August 21, 9:00-12:30 pm

Increasing Your Faith - Discover how to become a more Committed and Connected Christian (2 of the 3 C’s), through worship, Bible study, prayer, and small groups. Led by Joe Koprowski. 3.5 hours.

Impacting Your World - Discover how to become a “3C” Christian by contributing to God’s work, using your talents, resources, and influence for Christ. Led by Bob Jeannot. 3.5 hours.

PHOTOSHOP CS3 CLASS - Wednesdays, 5:00 - 6:00 pm. Do you like to design graphics or would you like to learn more about Photoshop? Sign up at Connection Point for this 6 week class held up in the mezz.

GIRLFRIENDS NIGHT OUT: Paradise Cruise - Friday, Jul 23, 7:00 pm - 1:00 am. All women are invited to join us for our “cruise theme” evening that includes food, fellowship, pampering, activities, chocolate of course, and a boat load of fun! Advance tickets are $10 or $15 with a t-shirt. Tickets at the door will be $15. Sign up at Connection Point.

IRON MAN SATURDAY - Saturday Aug 7 (1st Saturdays) 9:00 am. Men’s Ministry Bible study led by Jim Szablinski at church, open to all men. Come early for refreshments.

CEDAR POINT - Tuesday, Aug 17, 8:00 am to midnight. Join Student Ministries for a day of fun. Includes bus, admission and unlimited drinks. $44 for students, $46 for adults or $15 if you have a season pass. Register and pay by filling out an event envelope found at Connection Point. MEN'S MOVIE NIGHT - Friday Aug 20 7:00-10:00 pm. Guy's join us for this free evening to hang out, have popcorn, pop, a devotion and watch "Facing the Giants".

PRODUCTION ARTS - Video crew call! We’re looking for people to join our ministry to run a camera, edit video or direct. E-bay Wizard Wanted: We have several items of value that we no longer use. We’re looking for someone skilled in using E-Bay or Craig’s List to help the church reclaim the value and apply it to our ministry. Contact Jim Greene (jim@southpointccc.tv).

ALLEN PARK SHUTTLE TEAM - We’re looking for SUV’s or vans to use on a regular basis at the Allen Park Campus to shuttle people from the back parking lot to the front door. It’s a great way to contribute while attending services! Contact Cindy Bobruk (cindy@southpointccc.tv or 734-675-7575).

ALLEN PARK ROADIES /PARKING/SHUTTLE TEAMS - These teams are so important for the functioning of our Southpoint-Allen Park campus! If you’d like to be a part of one of them, sign up at the display table outside the auditorium or contact cindy@southpointccc.tv.

FREE MONEY - GFS (Gordon Food Service) and Meijer will donate up to 10% of sales to Southpoint. All you have to do is sign up for the free card and present it whenever you shop Meijer or GFS. Forms are available in the brochure rack across from Connection Point.

OPEN ARMS FOOD PANTRY - Open to all Southpoint attenders, and those who live East of Allen Rd. between West Rd. and Huron River Dr. Open Wednesdays 4:00-7:00 pm. Drop non-perishable donation items in the gray bins by the doors.
