Ministry Opportunities - Congregational Support
Congregational Care Team
This team offers Christ's love, care and assistance to the
members and regular attendees in the church and responds to the
special needs or concerns not met by other ministries.
Hospital Visitation Team
This team supports those who are sick or hospitalized, with
visits and prayer.
Meals Ministry
This team shows love for our family in Christ by preparing and
delivering meals for members and regular attendees in the case of
birth or hospitalization.
Memorial Preparation Team
This team organizes preparations for Southpoint Members who have
memorial services, funeral services or luncheons held at the church.
Military Ministry
Southpoint’s Military Ministry is open to all active military, veterans and their families. Our team sustains a Bible-based ministry that will glorify God as we foster support and spiritual healing of our active military and veterans as well as their families.
Stephen Ministry (training
required)
This team provides high quality care to people in crisis or
those having a difficult time that could benefit from ongoing,
one-on-one Christian care. |
