Ministry Opportunities - Community Impact
1st & 3rd Sunday Team
This team brings a complete worship service (music, message,
communion and prayer) to seniors at a local assisted living home.
Christ Crafters
This team keeps the homeless, elderly and needy warm by knitting
or crocheting scarves, hats or other similar items to hand out
during the year.
Community Service Team
This team reaches out to the Downriver community and shares the
love of Christ through various community-oriented projects.
Missions Team
This team coordinates and promotes Southpoint supported missions
that are spreading the Gospel here, at home, and around the world.
Outreach Events Team
This team organizes the representation of Southpoint at various
community events throughout the year, by distributing good will,
free items and promotional materials.
Open Arms Food Pantry
This team provides food assistance through the Food Pantry to
members of the community in need. |
